In case you guys aren't signed up for the New Hampshire Firearm Coalition or did not see their email this morning, they sent out the following portion of the governor's statement
"...Finally, 173-D:11(I)(a) of the legislation raises the real possibility that an individual’s Second Amendment constitutional rights could be violated without judicial oversight. Other advocates have raised legitimate concerns regarding 4th Amendment considerations....
For the reasons stated above, I have vetoed House Bill 696.

Excellent! Lets see the same thing happen to the next two worst: Localization of firearms regs for school property (HB564) and waiting periods (HB514)
