Heard the Pentagon's Amateur Radio Club on 20m yesterday.

One of the guys there was having some fun with it. I got on as he was closing down.
He was letting people that contacted him know that he would send out Qsl cards if they wanted.
There was a pile up and I didn't make it through.
Their station call sign is K4AF.

Interesting. Their website has some info too. It looks like they have a couple repeaters. For some reason it makes my tinfoil tingle, but I can't think of a nefarious reason for them to have a club. It's not like we're anonymous and the .gov isn't already capable of monitoring the airwaves.
