History Channel - how they made the S&W 500

Anyone see the bit on the history channel on how they manufactured the S&W 500 last night?

It was on some sort of 'how it's made' type of show. The particular segment covered Trek carbon fiber bikes, fire extinquishers and the S&W 500.

Now I know what they mean by 'forged'. It was interesting to watch.

I think 'How It's Made' is on Discovery Channel too...watch for reruns.

It's a similar but slightly different show than the discovery "how it's made" show.

This one is hosted by someone named.. XXX brain (I think brain was his last name).

Saw that at the NES S&W plant tour!

I caught this program in re-runs last night.

The program is called 'The Factory Floor with Marshall Brain' and it runs on the National Geographic Channel.

The other segments were on novelty ice cream and mattresses.

The segment on the 500 was well done.
