HK mag question

I bought a VP9 and would like to get some spare mags for it, well haven't had much luck. My question is does the VP9 and the P30 use the same mags? they look the same on the Midway site.

yes. dunno about the 10 round mags though if that's what you're after. i can't imagine they'd be any different aside from being manufactured incorrectly at the factory.

Yep, they are the same mags for both. Have had 2 on back order for about 3 months. Supposedly showing up at Midway on the 12th. Time will tell.

If I had known they were impossible to get AND cost so much, I would have gotten the Sig 229 instead of the P-30. I do believe it is all you guys buying the dang VP-9's that are causing the shortage!

Yes, they are the same mags. If you shop around and check the classified here you can find some deals. Best of luck

Exactly the same, as previously mentioned.

eBay, and also Google the part number, and sometimes you can find them in stock at various on-line vendors. I found some at Tombstone Tactical for under $50 last year.

EDIT: Also, be careful with some of those ones eBay as sometimes they will try and sell 'pinned' 15 round mags as 10 round mags.

Yes. I have both. They are the same mag.

I have both...They can be had for $45-$50 if you do some scouting.
