Looks like a wet weekend coming up. Lets hope it doesn't rain, the while weekend. Now for the news..............

CORRECTION:


Saturday Night Camp fire--Come down and bring BYOB, snacks, lounge chairs and whatever. Sit and hang around the campfire for some family style fun. Saturday Night August 11 starting at 630pm. donations accepted for the bushel of clams they got for Saturday night. See ya then. see George Reyna or Joe Arena for details.





3D Archery Shoot-- We will hold our regular monthly 3D archery shoot on Saturday morning August 11, 2012 from 7am-2pm. see Doug Toomey! Breakfast and lunch available.

Holbrook Cafe--will be open on August 11, 2012 from 8am-1pm, serving both breakfast and lunch. See Paul or Joyce Stone! Get some use out of your frequent breakfast card!

Bowling Pin Shoot--Friday night August 17, 2012 Starting at 6pm will be our Bowling pin shoot. check it out its a lot of fun. bowling with guns! it just doesn't get any better then that. see Keith O'Brien or Todd May

Ladies Night-- there will be a Ladies Night Saturday August 18, 2012 from 6-9pm at the club house. if you know someone that's interested, please let them know and have them email me at hsclub1@gmail.com with a confirmation. this way i have a clue about how many people are coming. it might be a large crowd again due to open house.

Ladies Night Instructors-- I'm going to need you again. I could use about 12-14 instructors for ladies night. please let me know if you can make it. thanks-- Gary Davis

ATA CUP shoot--Sunday August 26, 2012 starting around 930am. CMP--Sunday August 26, 2012 starting at 9am. Learn to shoot high power. any military style rifle. use one of your own or one of ours for a nominal fee. Short Safety course at the beginning of the shoot, then 3 position 100yard shoot. see Paul Hazel out at the big bore range at 830am.

Motorcycle Run--Tonight July 30, 2012 at 6pm. meet at the club.

Indoor Archery Shoot--This Friday Night we will be having our first indoor archery shoot.
August 3rd at 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM in Range 1.
We will be playing the Dart Game and Cricket with Bow and Arrow.
$5.00 and your bow and 3 arrows is all you need.
Anyone who would like to participate is welcome to join us, you do not have to be a club member to play.
Any questions you may have see Doug Toomey or John Ballerino.

Hunter/Pistol--will be held this Sunday August 5, 2012 at 9am until 12noon. Hunter/Pistol is a steel silhouette shoot where you shoot targets at 40,50,75 and 100yards. you can use any straight necked pistol cartridge or a .22 rifle. Shoot starts at 9am, but if you need work hours, show up early and help pat balfe and get some signatures. See Pat Balfe at 9am for the shoot.

Pepper poppers-- is a draw and shoot game from about 35feet at the big bore range. it will be held on Sunday August 5, 2012 at 1230pm right after Hunter pistol. come down and check it out. see John Sullivan for details.

Motorcycle Runs--This is for the Motorcycle Riders in the club. The better weather is here now and we will be having motorcycle runs on the 5th Monday of the month and a couple of other dates. Kickstands up at 6pm. The dates are as follows:

Labor Day weekend and beyond:

Pepper Poppers and Hunter pistol--have been cancelled for Sunday September 2, for the Labor day weekend. Have a great weekend, See you next month!

Friends and Family BBQ-- Sunday September 9, 2012 from 12-4pm. Bring your family down, meet some of the other club members. lots of activities. Adult Tickets $10 for steak or chicken. kids 12 and under get hot dogs and hamburgers for free. See George Reyna or Diane Zuck for tickets. there will be more people selling tickets, but these are the only 2 i have right now.

Indoor Archery Shoot-- There will be a indoor archery shoot Friday Night, September 7, 2012 from 7-9pm. see Doug Toomey for more details or on the night of the shoot.

NES Comm2A Fund raiser shoot September 30th at the big bore range. Kitchen will be open at 8:30 for breakfast. Lunch will be a BBQ at the range. Admission is $15 which will be donated to Comm2A.

Anyone able to host me so I can check out the facilities and try out a new rifle I purchased? I have serveral magazines worth of 5.56/.223 to shoot through it that you are welcome to help.
