How are YOU carrying striker-fired pistols?

OMG!!!

That's Piper!!!

2 days after turning 18 and still in school with braces.

One of the highest rated Interracial Porn movies ever!

Man, did she get stuffed!!!

Put it this way, 2 minutes in she had no more openings for employment.
How many copies of the movie do you own?

Doood.

That meme, or variations of it, has been posted maybe 4,003 times on NES over the past year or so. You're only now making the connection?

When you CCW, are you carrying your striker-fired pistol (no safety) with one in the chamber?

Glocks have the 'trigger safety'. P365s have safeties. Over the years I have opted for DA/SA semiautos and carried hammer-down.

I don't like Glocks or M&Ps due to the long trigger pull. I am leaning towards the P365 for my next CCW gun.
If you're not carrying hot just leave the gun home. Or at least get a safety if it makes you uncomfortable.

Unless we're talking p320 here a properly fitted holster solves a lot of perceived safety "issues"...

Glocks don't have a "trigger safety" per se. It's really an inertial drop safety. It is NOT meant to deal with stuff catching the trigger. Its only purpose is to prevent the bar from moving if the gun is dropped.

One in the chamber. Don't carry if you are not willing to do it. It ashtray takes too much time to draw in an emergency. I can't imagine having to chamber it as well.
Yeah my Torano cigar ashtray is a bit big to pocket carry..... 🤣

If you carry hammer down then your first shot will be a DA. That’s a mile longer than any Glock or P365 trigger pull. The p365 is to small for my liken but it’s a great option. Winter is almost here that means full size carry season is here.😀

Here's what I'm concerned about - If I am at work and my gun is locked in my desk, or in my glovebox/under the seat while I drive with one in the chamber, do I need to ever worry about it firing?
I'm confused. Why would the aforementioned CCW not be on your person?
If not on your person, why bother chambering the round? Hell, why bother inserting a magazine?
If you have enough time to fish for keys, unlock and retrieve your gun, you could likely remove yourself from the threat.

He's mentioned before, I think in another thread, that his plan is to carry to work, go into the bathroom, disarm, then lock his gun in a bag in his desk all day before he clocks out, whereupon he plans to go back into the bathroom and re-arm for the commute home.

Seems dumb to me, too, but what do I know?
