How do I access I trader to leave feedback for buyer and seller

can anyone tell me step by step how to do this.
I am not a computer person
I would greatly appreciate it

Find a post by the person you want to leave feedback for.
Under the person's name, join date, etc. You'll see something that says Feedback Score: # (##%).
Click on the first number (what it might be, in your case it is 9)
Once in that screen scroll down towards the middle, and you'll see something that says SUBMIT FEEDBACK FOR XXXXXXXXX (where the X's are the person's name)
Type in your stuff/rating and submit it
