How much .45 cal fits in a 7.62 ammo can

Recently someone gave me an ammo can full of .45 auto.
Anyone know roughly how many rounds are in the can.
Rounds are loose and unpackaged.

Ammo can is the same size as the last group buy.

That's the 30 cal can? If so, about 600-650. I had a 30-cal can I put 500 in and it was not full.

ETA: The 30 cal can is the smaller of the 2 sizes.

This is more of a "Guess the can size" question. If its the .50BMG can most likely it'll hold just over 1,000.

I can get eight WWB 100 round value packs in and then four trays of 50 each across the top of the value packs.

I don't know how much might fit into a .30 or 5.56 can though.
