I assume that you have done a vaca down there and scouted some locations.

We have done 4 vacations down SC, GA and FL, scouting areas that we think are contenders and have met with RE agents in two of the areas that are most promising

We were open about what we wanted, what we were looking to avoid and budget & timelines. I think we email those agents a couple of times per month giving them feedback on the listings they forward

A couple of times the listings have been “spot on” and they are getting to know our tastes and tolerances
