FWIW, before we bought the property in New Hampshire, we made at least nine trips north with our agent, seeing at least a dozen listings - Alstead, Dalton, Effingham, Lempster, Littleton, Marlow, Newport, Wentworth... - before signing the contract on the place in Lisbon.
