This started as a Series 80 stainless that someone had polished to a mirror finish. The buffing distorted a number of the sharp edges. To get things looking better, the front end was High Power and "ball cut" to hide the mistakes on the front end. Front serrations were added and the original rear serrations recut to produce the right lines. High cut and checkered 20lpi to match a new Smith and Alexander MSH. The grip safety is S&A, the thumb safety is a wide tactical by Ed Brown. Sights are XS "Big Dot" up front and a 10-8 cut into the rear. The Colt slide stop was cut and countersunk. The hammer is Wilson and sear is Berryhill. The barrel was welded up and recut for proper lock up, fit toan EGW thick bushing. All the stainless was frosted with Alox beads. To add a little color I Nitre blued the pins and the hammer along with the grip screws that hold on VZ grips. I ran a couple of stages with the gun and it shoots only "A's"

I can't figure out if I love or hate the front cocking serrations on a highpower cut. It's definitely distinctive. Nice work Greg.
