Illinois AWB Overturned

So Judge decided that the Illinois AWB is unconstitutional. State has 30bdays to appeal. Hopefully the SC will hear this someday.

Our side has to win 3 or 4 times:

After winning in district count:

- Opposition gets automatic cert to a 3 judge panel from same circuit
- If opposition loses, they MAY get an en-banc review. More likley granted if court does not like existing decision.
- SCOTUS

So the initial win is far from a done deal.
