I just called up the station and they have an internet trading lot that is open 24 hours.

I have hundreds of brand new pre ban AR mags that I want to sell.

Some from sealed cases of 100 mags from the 1970's.

I just checked Gun Broker and these mags are going for $100 each + shipping.

Used pre ban AR mags are going to $70 at the Mill.

I was thinking of setting up shop at WalMart but there is no soliciting.

I was also thinking of setting up my own store in the parking lot of the gun show or at The Mill but I don't think it's allowed.

So, do you think this would work out?

I don't store magazines or guns at home so I just gotta get the mags out of storage.

If the police tell me I can't stay there all day, I could park at Walmart and stay on NES and see when people want to arrive and then I could drive up the road to the Internet Trading Zone.

I just think that would be safer than setting up a tent and BBQ at Walmart and waiting for customers to show up.

It might be bad form to set up a Pop Up site at the Mill.

The window to see is closing so people are getting desperate to get these premium mags before the ban.

I'm in. Price for each mag is determined by uninflating the 2024 dollar back to it's value in the year the mag was made. $100 today was only $47 in '94. Got any $25 mags? That'll be only $11.77+tax-NES discount.

Maybe of you had a reasonable price for those mags they would be sold already.

Methinks Mister Reptile just loves to goof on us. [laugh] But if he really has these multiple boxes of unused pre-ban AR magazines to sell, there is no better time than today. After 10/23 he'll have to sell them up in NH or he risks the wrath of Maura. o_O

A public service reminder to the downtrodden that preban mags can be found for reasonable prices IF you take a breather from your pants sh!tting and put out a little effort. During peak panic I was able to bolster my stock of AR mags and M14 mags at very reasonable pricing from fellow NESers or others who wanted to help us poor sods in MA. I also went from damn near nothing for AK preban mags to a decent stock starting with a karma for a couple mags from a great fellow NESer and purchase of more at free state pricing. Yes, it is later in the process and you will need to search harder.

Fortunately I have all the mags I need so I have not done any real searching here.

But it is refreshing to hear that there are some NES members who what to help out other members rather than make huge profits. [thumbsup]
