Install the App?

I just noticed the option to "install the app" (which I didn't click on) tonight when browsing NES on my Android phone. I don't think there is an NES app. Not sure what's up with that, but don't want to install some unknown app to find out. Maybe a Mora or Bidet/Cameltoe app to monitor us Pro2A patriots?!

It's what is called a PWA - Progressive Web App (Progressive web application - Wikipedia) - it's basically just a fancy link to NES and uses whatever the default browser on your phone is.
