If you do it yourself, try a hard delrin "plastic" punch then go with brass if it is too soft. The brass will leave a mark and the plastic/ nylon won't. Just be sure to get the slide nice and stablein a vise before you start.
A brass punch will work fine, though a really tight sight might result in some damage to your punch. You can use an eraser to remove the brass marks when you are done.
Hi Paul. Nice thing about having the sight pusher is that it's available for you to bring to the range. Then you can really zonk in those sights. Somebody on here probably has one to borrow. I've got the Sig pusher too but probably no help to you.

You have to be carefull with night sights if you hit them too hard or the wrong way the sight bulbes can brake and stop working.
