Installing open sights on rifle (Southern NH)

Hi All,

I'm interested in purchasing a Ruger M77 and would like to have a front sight installed on it that I could use in conjunction with a New England Custom Gun (NECG) rear peep sight. Although I will most likely scope the rifle, I enjoy shooting with iron sights and would like to be able to have the option of using iron sights with my new rifle.

Can anyone recommend a good gunsmith in the area that would be able to install open sights on a bolt gun?
