Is my MKII Bull Barrel drilled for mounting?

I have been reading up on red dot sights and rails on MKII's and decided to go and check on my MKII bull barrel. It has 5 screws on the top but I am not sure if these are the correct drilled holes for mounting a a rail. Can someone tell me if these are the right ones? And what is the best rail setup for MKII's? Thanks in advance!

It certainly seems to have the standard Ruger holes for mounting a Weaver base.

Yes. The screws that are in there (but not holding down the sights) are fillers.

If you bought this new, it should have come with a rail and the appropriate screws. Otherwise, all the usual parts vendors will have them
