Is the 'Renewal Portal' working for folks?

On the CT.gov DESPP site, when I log into my portal, there is no option for permit renewal or anything else on the left. Only address change on the right. Anyone else notice this? I guess I'll have to mail in...the hell is going on?

The online renewal option generally only shows up when one is within the 90 day renewal window prior to their permit expiring. Once the permit expires and one is in the 90 day grace period post expiration, they are supposed to renew by mail.

PS: And yes others have noticed it and commented about it elsewhere on other sites/forums when they went to the portal before their 90 day renewal period started, or after their permit expired.
