Is the XD a good gun?

They came out with their new optics cut XD at only two fidy. Are people fans of the Springfield XD line? How can they price it at two fidy without cutting corners? Cheaper than the S&W Smegma in fotay when it first came out.

How do you even hold on to it? Do you grab it by the part that sticks down? It's so tough to tell without the Grip Zone label. Why would they get rid of that??

No the slide cuts in the 3.0 look terrible to me

I liked and have had a 1.0 and 2.0

I probably wouldnt buy the latest 200 dollar import from parts unknown but the xd platform has been around a long time its most likely fine

I had an older model XD and it functioned fine. The one thing that was different was that the barrel had a very high axis above the frame. It was different shooting it compared to other guns that had a lower axis. Not sure if the latest model is the same.
