Went grocery shopping by myself for the first time. After putting them in the car, I was a little dizzy and had a light cold sweat. There was a fIre truck in the parking lot. Thought I’d ask for my BP. Didn’t have a BP machine. Didn’t like my story or cold sweat. Called paramedics who took an EKG. He said I was having a little heart attack. Called ambulance. Said no heart attack, but odd EKG...it is after a heart attack. In ER, they’ve taken blood for tests.

Now a local cop has my P1 and I’ll have to go fetch it when I get out

Well, they’re admitting me. A blood protein, triponin, that indicates a heart attack, was a little higher than when I was discharged last week. They want to run the test a couple of more times.

Good idea to inform the paramedics. Whatever you do dont take iron into Brockton hospital or any hospital in commie territory:eek::eek:

Hopefully it was just the heat. I feel fatigued myself today.

Supposed to be chicken. Sour cream and no butter

Ugh you can’t catch a break. Hopefully it turns out to be nothing and you are back out tomorrow.

This crazy swing in temps cant be good on you either?
Out side i felt fine but inside I felt chilled?

Found out the 1912 Colt Police Positive has shipped. Something to look forward to. Should be out of here tomorrow if my blood behaves. My wife brought my quilt, but not the cats. Might actually get some sleep, but then again this is a hospital and they’ll get me up every hour.

A friend first learned he had a silent heart attack some time ago when an MD reading his EKG asked "so, when did you have the heart attack?".

My MD said the same thing to me a couple of years ago after an EKG. An echocardiogram found nothing wrong with my heart, apparently, and my MD did not really explain what might be going on. I suppose I should have been persistent enough to get to the bottom of it, but I wasn't.
