It only took 63 years - with Pontiac Club Fall Tour Pics 10/14

Flipped 100 k?

Glad they labeled left and right side blinkers. [smile]

Though Edsel did manage to make it confusing by pointing the arrows the wrong way.

1955 Pontiac Star Chief Custom Catalina. At least you could figure out the tail lights. Equivalent to the Bel Air; but kicked it’s ass. 287 (now 318-‘56 spec) 4 barrel Rochester, 227hp. A/C, PS, PB, 4 speed hydramatic with 30 other options.

My new phone is still downloading pics; I’ll add more later.

We’re out leaf peeping. Looks like it’s a little early for the peepers. Next weekend should be perfect for my Pontiac Club’s foliage tour in central MA on Sunday.

There's more steel in the two bumpers on that than there is in a whole new carmthese days!

Nice ride!

The Indian head on that hood ornament lights up, doesn't it? My dad made one into a lamp for his garage back in the 70s, very cool!

Yup. Should have left the lights on. Did get caught in showers around Franklin. Anyone else remember vacuum wipers that stop when you step on the gas? What I don’t get is that my carburetor has a second base plate and vacuum line that’s supposed to prevent this.

Nice little trip.

When I was growing up in the late 1950's and early 1960's, my neighbors across the street always had new Pontiacs.

They had one like yours.

Really well built and solid cars.

Yours is a honey!:)

Here’s the Indian. The tennis ball is usually touching the Indian; I use it to get as close to the concrete wall as I can. The garage is 18 feet, the car 17 foot six.

Spotted the dashboard and said "55-56"!!! Drove my grandfather's two tone blue '56 Chieftain back between '80-'82 during the high school years! My dad thinks I'm nuts when I say "I will own another one!!!"
