Just put down a deposit on a Saiga-12

I just put a deposit for a Saiga-12 down at State Line. They're having it shipped up from Texas and they're unsure of the exact model. He said they usually take them and cut them down and trick them out Tromix-style, but I could nab this one in stock form.

Anything I should know about these or to look out for? It may or may not have a threaded barrel that will need to be capped and I'm unsure of what or how many mags are coming with it or any other details. I can get my deposit back if it's not what I'm looking for. Pretty much I'm looking to be able to shoot 3" steel shot and slugs.

I'm trying to do that now, but it's all a little confusing. I'm hoping it's just the standard IZ-109 model.
