k-var's 5.45 AR upper

The LWRCI M6-AK upper is an M6A2 style upper chambered in the 5.45x39mm cartridge. It features a 14.7” barrel with permanently attached A2 flash hider. It has the LWRCI Mark 1 ARM-R rail system and utilizes LWRCI’s patented short-stroke gas-piston operating system.

points for having it not be DI at least since the ammo is usually corrosive. i wonder how easy it really is to clean out.

sure looks cool, price is a bit high though.

...and just like everything else K-Var, it's expensive as all hell.

I hate how they tend to be the only purveyor of certain desirable parts and can (and do) jack up their prices. Blegh.
