Now that the dust has settled I’m laughing at my last KAG trip a week and a half ago.
The panic was already in the air and when I received the I’m opening early email from KAG and figured what the hell I’ll make the drive. Got there 30 min before open and the hallway line was already 25-30 deep. Went for a Semi Auto Shotgun just cause I don’t have one and apparently Maura thinks I shouldn’t. Over the last 5-6 years every time I get something from KAG I would grab a stripped lower just because so I didn’t need those but didn’t want to miss the panic buying fun.
The first group went in and i just missed it by 4 people so it was about a 2 hour wait in the hall. The next group got inside and Sharif asked the obvious question to the first person in line, what can I get you?
First guy in line: A stripped lower.
KAG: which one?
First guy: I don’t know what’s good?
KAG: NEXT!
It was hilarious, didn’t kick him out but just moved on to the next. Unfortunately for KAG next two in line didn’t know either, and it was pretty comical. Felt like a Seinfeld Episode just trying to get a cup of soup.
The man has the patience of a Saint while putting in ridiculous hours just trying to help the poor schmucks who stay in this oppressive state.
The biggest downside of the visit was he was working so hard to keep things moving there wasn’t much time for bull shiitin.
Next time I suppose.
