Unless my calculator is wrong that is ~ 500 rounds per agent or ~ 4k rounds per location. That isn't huge or unreasonable apart from the "hunh?" of Social Security agents being armed. But if they are, keeping a few hundred rounds each on hand isn't unreasonable.

Now what DHS needs with nearly two BILLION rounds, I dunno.
