Legal carry of Preban Glock magd

I'm looking for a clean cut answer if I can publically
Carry a preban mag of 17rds loaded in my glock
In public or if its for range use only. I've read differi g
And conflicting answers. Most say its legal but not
Recommended? Any answers are appreciated thanks

If you have a MA LTC-A, unrestricted you can carry your Glock with a pre-ban 33 rd mag if you like (just keep it concealed), and you can carry it in any of the 351 cities/towns in MA . . . prohibited places excepted (schools/colleges/courthouses/jails/etc.).
