Yes you would, Logan has a "safety zone" around it which prohibits non-state/federal LEOs from carrying within the zone. You may only bring a firearm to Logan in the context of traveling with it via a plane departing from Logan, and the firearm must be unloaded, in a locked container, and declared to the bag checking agent when checking your bag (since firearms must be in a checked bag).
