Looking for a club near Seekonk,ma

Hi all,

My Brother-in-law, would like to get more range time in, so i figured i'd set him up with a membership in a local club as a christmas gift. He lives in Seekonk, I'm not familiar with the area, but I know most clubs around me want at least one or two memeber recommends. Could someone out there, help me out with this one?

Try Somerset Sportsman Club located in Swansea. I'm not a member there but have heard good things about the club.

Angle Tree Stone Rod & Gun in North Attleboro if he lives in the North end of Seekonk, perhaps as Knob Creek say Somerset if he lives in the south end...
I'm a member at Angle Tree they have Skeet and trap, 100yfd rifle, 25/50 outdoor pistol
50' indoor pistol (ventilations sucks) indoor archery and pellet.

Massassoit GC in Riverside RI, all indoor pistol range, East Warren R&G Club in Warren, RI, skeet, trap, covered out door pistol and rifle. (100 yards). I belong to both and they are good clubs

East Warren R&G is a great bunch of guys. Nice club for skeet, pistol. Rifle limited to 100 yds.

Thanks guys, this has been a big help. Do these clubs have open houses that I could check out? The website for Somerset helps, I'm pretty sure he only shoots pistol. so all of these sound good, what about membership requirements, would I be able to setup up the membership on the sly to surprise him, or would he have to visit in advance and find sponsors??

I'm on the board at Somerset. Outdoor pistol as you saw on the site. Ranges to 300 yards.

Seekonk has a club, Rumford is nearby too. Fall River has a club.

If he wants Somerset, he has to see an officer for an application. Usually have a chance finding one when there is trap. Officers usually there on these trap times, Wed afternoon, Thur night to 8PM, Saturday afternoon, Sunday morning. Also Monday night at 8PM for card league.
