Looking for a club with an outdoor range in central CT.

I'm looking for a club to join that won't break the bank to join and/or use and has an outdoor range.
I'm looking for something also within 30 minutes of Manchester CT.

Did you find one? I am looking for the same thing. I think Andover and Rockville are close by but Andover said they are full. I haven't been to Rockville yet.
