Looking for a place to shoot near Plymouth, MA

I am looking for a simple place to shoot until I can take the time to join Plymouth R & G.
Im self employed and have winters off for the most part. I know that many local clubs have a longer time frame to make membership. I'd like to get out now.
I have heard of a range that sound more like a sandpit in Sagamore?
Anyone know how I can get more info?

Never heard of the place in Sagamore, and just be careful shooting sandpits, woods, fields etc.

You could go to AFS. http://www.americanfirearmsschool.com/pages/cfHome.cfm. and shoot for 20 bucks. During the week it is usually not too crowded but weekends are packed

AFS would be nice. But to far to just do some casual shooting.
Come on now. I know the place exists.
Larry are you out there? You have mentioned the place many times. Sagamore? Sagamore Beach? Bourne?
