MP 22 - yes it's 'legal' but is not on the EOPS list.

MP15-22 No. It is classified as an 'assault pistol'.

so? I am confused can I buy this gun in MA or not? Or do I have to buy it out of state and have it shipped in?

YOu can buy the gun private sale in Mass, a dealer can not "legally" sell it to you, but if you find one that will, its on them. You would be in the clear.
