Thought I saw them playing with one at Pullmans. Almost whipped out CC
I have one and it is great, I like it almost as much as my 625JM, both are performance center guns and very well made. I have used my R8 with and without the moonclips. Which is a nice feature vs. the 625 that must use the clips. Also the top rail mounts a red dot nicely .

bsalie, do you actually carry it? I those 8 shot revolvers are great, but think the 627 makes more sense since I'd never carry one outside the house. That 627 with the 2 5/8" barrel might be the perfect home defense gun for me.
