M4...LTC-B...High cap mags?

Would an individual with an LTC-B be capable of owning a high-capacity M4gery?

It was my understanding that the LTC-B is good for high cap long guns, just not high cap handguns. Someone please correct me if I'm mistaken.

Yes, an LTC/B covers "large capacity" long arms. I offer no opinion on the capability of any given prospective owner.
