It's been a LONG since I've purchased a firearm so I've been out of the loop a bit. Does anyone know if this is MA compliant? Ships with 10 rd magazines.

Sig P365XL P365 P365XL Romeo X

Depends on the dealer but there should be a 365XL sku that satisfies the current roster. Whether it comes with the dot you’ll have to find out, but google MA Approved Handgun Roster and you’ll find out.

There is no need to buy one that comes with a dot. Buy one that is already milled for a dot and then you can buy and mount a dot.

Edited to add: As was said above, talk to your local FFL. They can probably get you a P365 that you want.

There are a few MA complaint model P365XL's that are (optics ready). Just buy the Romeo separately. The other thing is, if it weren't, you can go the long route and buy the fire control unit (FCU) or remove it from your exiting 365 and then the associated grip module and/or upper. That's the thing with 365's, you can have the FCU and build other variations of the 365 with it. Try typing in P365XL MA compliant and there are a few shops in MA that list them.

For those needing that info, here is the link:

Click on this to get the Word doc: Formal Target Shooting Roster

It seems this is the closest match.... P320-XFIVE LEGION F'ing 2 inches longer. Sigh, hate this state.
The P320 X5 legion is going to cost you quite a bit more than a P365XL(close to double)
You can get a P365XL which comes optic ready from dealers at the Mill in Littleton for around $620 (I believe) then just add the Romeo.

The Sig Sauer website notes state compliance of their pistols. For P365XL , a model of P365
P365-XL

Displays a chart listing 6 models. Click on bottom yellow bar (More Specifications) and bottom of left column will now show State Compliant info.

365XL-9-BXR3P-MS-10 which has a Manual Safety and 10 round mags.

Connecticut / Hawaii / Illinois / Massachusetts / Maryland / New Jersey compliant

You could drive to the Sig Sauer store in Epping, NH and look at firearms in their MA compliant display case. They will ship to your MA FFL.
