What could MA try to pursue a warrant for though, even if there was some other crime going on, and the guns aren’t located in MA? I don’t understand how MA firearm possession laws could apply to firearms that are not located within the borders of MA, even if the person who legally possesses them is a resident of MA. Is there something I’m not thinking of?
