I have arthritis and takes forever to load it. I have rating as a form ot. Also, for Massachusetts do I have to keep loaded magazine in ammo box or can I keep in my gun in safe?

I don’t know of any laws that restrict the storage of loaded magazines, otherwise than the ridiculous transportation restrictions on “large capacity feeding devices”

I’m not sure I understand your question though, can you rephrase?

You can keep ammo stored in the same locked container as a firearm.

Technically, under the CMRs, fire code requires ammo to be stored in its original containers.

What law is this?

Back to OP, where is your arthritis? I picked this device up and it works ok. It might help if you have arthritis in your thumb/fingers, probably not so much if it's in your elbow or shoulder.

Chapter 135 that passed. You can’t transport or carry (in public) loaded prebans.
