Notice the Manchester, NH violent crime rate, 254.5/100,000 is well below the US average, which is probably close to 400/100,000, and that wasn't unfortunately, left out of the article, somehow.

All of the increases are due to aggrevated assault. Maybe because everything is now a dangerous weapon (like the charge in Lowell where the dangerous weapon was a french fry).
