Anybody notice the 1918A2 out by the front door?
That wasn't a OO 1918A3SLR by any chance, was it? I didn't get another chance to walk by and look at it.

The show wasnt too bad, but it was a bit scarce on ammo.

I did notice the NY guy had some speer GDHP 124 grn +Ps so I snagged
4 boxes of that stuff. At $18 wasnt super cheap but was cheaper than
the typical online price. (not to mention you normally cant even get it
shipped here). They had some Ranger 127 +P+ there too, but I was
running out of money by that point. (I intentionally limited myself to a
small budget going in... ).

There were lots of nice "exempt" handguns, preban rifles there and the like, of course at the usual overprices.

Main reason I go to the things anyways is to stock up on little goodies. The
dude with the parts at the end of the hall there had some syringes which I
had been desperately seeking... (to use to apply gun oil and the like).

I also bumped into Dave, and a few other people I know from pin shoots
and the like.

Yeah, one thing about this show that I noticed people mentioning was lack of assortment from the NY ammo guys. When I asked the more laid back of the two brothers where his other brother was, he replied he was in Florida. The other guy with the dark hair (Steve I think his name is) is usualy the more hyped on salesman kinda guy. Spends the whole show tearing open cases, making deals, providing info on diferent rounds, etc.
A lot of people think these guys are obnoxious and charge way too much for ammo, but like I mentioned here a long time ago... these guys provide a valuable service to us as Mass gun owners. We can't order up ammo from anywhere on the internet whenever we feel the need to like other states can. Yeah the NY brothers may know this and charge extra for us but still, when they're both there working ya gotta admit, theres just about any ammo you could want at a decent price, and usually at a deal if you buy enough.
I don't think the gun shows would be the same without them.
