Anyone have any luck with these. I am replacing a 15+ year old Browning. I know I have to go to a release, Carbon arrows and peep sight. Just wondering if someone can say yay or nay from experience. Also I am probably only going to be able to go out a handful of times and do not want a $1000 Matthews.

I just recently picked up the Bear Element at Dicks. Nice 2007 model they've had on sale a couple of times for $199. Paid $180 with $20 coup. It had a $400 tag buried under the sale ones that I found when I got it home.

I love it and I am quite sure it is on par with most $400-600 bows.
