Was just talking about this with a colleague. I hope SCOTUS deals with this if none other than to take it off the political table. The modern gun control debate has been going on at least 30 years and it’s a complete stalemate. It’s time the politicians are forced to change tactics. I’m all for lowering crime, but we’re never going to achieve it through this psychotic obsession over banning guns (of which hundreds of millions are already in circulation). It’s absolutely frustrating to live on the shifting sands of legality that results.
