SCOTUS would rather see Congress abolish lower courts than make a ruling it doesn't want to to put the lower courts in line.

At this point I'm convinced the court is back to the Kennedy days, but instead of a 4-4-1 with the one being Kennedy we have two in Roberts and Barrett and it's a 4-3-2 court.

Thank Cocaine Mitch for this. At least now that he's stuck in a wheelchair and probably shits himself, so we should all point and laugh whenever his crippled, shit covered putrid ass has to be hauled in for a vote. Also, given he's always seated it can be easier to spit in his face.
