I was definitely wrong about being optimistic with Barrett based on her past decisions. I am no longer optimistic. But we’ll see where she goes with Snope/Ocean State/Duncan for any of them that is granted cert.

Eh, I’ve never believed that Tulsi is a 2A proponent. But even when she was a democrat, I respected her stances on foreign affairs. She was also the only one who was hitting her colleagues hard on their records during presidential primary debates. And she seems genuine on her stance with domestic surveillance. That hasn’t seemed to have changed at all.

I definitely think she is in a great role as DNI. And thankfully, it doesn’t have any affect on the 2A, so we don’t need to worry if she had a genuine shift of opinion on that topic or not.
