A person who doesn't understand at least 2 forms of tech. My agency put RFID's in pistols, all kinds of crazy theories started: They are going to track your round count, they'll know when/where you fired your gun, all kinds of stuff.

Turns out it was for inventory, as simple as that. Even then, it didn't work, it didn't work for simple inventory control.
