22ga semi-auto RIFLE???? Something tells me that violates a law or three. .50 cal is the largest caliber outside of shotguns. So a 22ga rifle is about 0.6". That sounds illegal right there.

It is sad that the young man died, but it seems as if he pulled the trigger, and the guns owner faces jail time. That is so crazy, 1 year in jail, for improper storage of a high capacity firearm, I assume he loses his LTC forever too?
