Hey Everyone,

I am interested in Ham Radio. I have an electronics backround, as I went to a vocational high school for electronics. I just wanted a class to brush up on basic theory, the mathematics involved, Ohm's law, etc.

Are there any classes held in the Metro-Boston area?? Are the classes worth it??

Hi Sean,
If you are looking to get your Tech license then I don't think you will need much additional study given your background and training.... The questions on the test are pretty basic....

I had basic electronics back in college and passed both my tech and general first time....;- )

I would recommend the "Tech in a Day" sessions held by the Cape Ann Amateur Radio Association.... Fastest and easiest way I know to get your license and get on the air....
