Miami Beach bank robber killed by police outside barber shop.

Sorry.... but I am having trouble watching this video. It appears that this guy was shot by both officers standing at the rear of the car with 5.56 AR's. I know his right hand is blocked by the female officer so you can;t see exactly what he was doing with the straight razor he stole from the barber shop but he was clearly doing NOTHING that merits being shot by somebody standing 12 feet away.

It sounds like one of the cops deployed a taser less than a second before he was lit up with rifle rounds. Heroes. I posted the video in the Chicago police murder thread. Makes the second one like this this week.

if you watch the video the officer up front only shoots once but there are 2 shots. I just cant tell if the officer behind him shoots.

Miami Beach bank robber .

I guess it's just play stupid games, win stupid prizes. None of this would have happened had he not robbed the bank or simply dropped the straight razor he stole from a barber shop. When faced with overwhelming odds, he decided to make a stand. Epic fail.

Let's be happy nobody innocent got hurt by this person in the bank robbery, in the barber shop or on the street. Would everyone feel better if they let him go a bit further in his escapade and maybe cut someone? I've got no sympathy for criminal behavior like this.

Getting stuck once was enough to make me less eager to try it again.
The guy just robbed a bank and now he wants to play chicken with people with guns?

The male officer who shot the man walked toward a parked police car near the northwest corner of the intersection after the shots were fired.Rodriguez, 27, said she saw the officer flash a “slight smile” and thumbs up at the other officers.
“That’s what was making me angry,” she said. “It could have gone another way.”
