They're available. They had some 9mm ones earlier, but they are out again.

A good tip for getting some 9c mags is to buy a few pinky rest floor plates that are compatible with ten round mags. Then get a few full size mags (Midway has plenty). Simply take off the riser end piece (floor plate) from the full size and slide on the smaller pinky rest. Presto. An inexpensive factory ten round magazine. I just bought two full size mags on sale for less than $55.00 and swapped out the floor plates.

Brilliant! I hadn't connected the dots that the cripple version of the m&p full size mag is the compact mag with an extended floor plate but it makes perfect sense.
