Mosin 91/30 rifle dated 1943 - It appeared to be unfired when I aquired it as attributed to the condition of the bore and the clean bolt face. I have not fired it since and it has been in storage as one of my safe queens. Made at the Izhevsk arsenal in 1943, cal 7.62x 54R, receiver, butt plate, bolt, and magazine serial numbers match, sniper grade barrel (barrel shank marked with trace of “C” in circle,) bore is bright, clean, with strong rifling, action is exceptionally smooth. Wood stock and finish is end-to-end 95% clean showing Russian factory inspection cartouche, finish on metal surfaces is about 95+%. Comes with bayonet (number not matching to rifle, ) original burlap shoulder carry bag with strap, original sling with markings, leather cartridge case w/30 rds of ammo, tools, cleaning kit, and oil can. One of the finest examples I have ever seen. C&R eligible or transfer at a southeastern NH FFL dealer. Face to face only will not ship. $600 + transfer fee if at an FFL dealer.
