Okay, so I was wrong about coming to ma. Looking to see if I can get a nh FFL to do the transfer for you.

So if a person in MA without a C&R wanted one of these, how does it work?

The transfer will have to go through an FFL. MFS has agreed to do the transfers for $20. I'd like to do most transfers through them or someone north of Boston, inside the 95 loop.

I am willing to discuss other arrangements.
