Hey guys, I just picked up a mossberg 835 Utli-Mag 12 gauge. Was in real nice shape and seemed to be a real good deal. The current choke in it is ulti full turkey shot. Lead shot.
My question is will it be ok to shoot buckshot out of it in the current configuration and what would be the best choke? I would assume it would be ok to shoot a buck shot out of the current barrel I just want to be safe. I just know you can't shoot slugs out of the current barrel.
Probably a dumb question but I am new and know almost nothing about shotguns.
